Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Big Money, we aim to provide high-quality educational content and support. This policy explains when and how you can cancel or request a refund.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made directly from Big Money (courses, subscriptions, workshops, or digital downloads) via our website.
If you bought through a third-party platform (e.g., an app store, partner website), that platform’s refund policy will apply.
2. Course & Digital Product Purchases
Because our courses and materials are delivered digitally, all sales are final once access has been granted.
However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on most courses. If you’re unsatisfied and have not completed more than 20% of the content, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Refund requests after 7 days or for completed content will not be accepted.
3. Subscription Plans / Memberships
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings or by emailing [email protected].
No partial refunds are issued for unused time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
4. Live Programs, Webinars & Events
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are not refundable.
If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose between a full refund or credit toward another program.
5. How to Request a Refund

Order or transaction ID
Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Completed courses or downloaded materials
Gift cards, promo codes, and credits
Services already rendered (consulting, one-on-one sessions)
We may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
